You've been framed.

Emma came to us looking for a long dress and sure enough, we had this fifties lace dress with illusion bodice. Originally, it had a bit more fullness and tiny sleeves, so to make it look even slinkier, we took some net out of the the skirt and added a silk lining to make it swish. We removed the sleeves and changed the bodice to more of a flattering sweetheart shape, opened the back and gave some love to the original silk sash which fanned across the body. We finished off with a little red flower for Emma's hair. And we love that the whole outfit is still quite literally pretty as a picture – in its new role as a decoration for Emma's home.

"Hey girls!! Hope all is well and you had a fab Christmas and New Year. We certainly did. The wedding was amazing, a truly special day. I thought you'd like some shots of the dress, it was adored by all, especially me and my new husband (!!), and I love it so much that it's now hanging on my bedroom wall, complete with the red rose from my hair and my dried bouquet. I just couldn't bear to confine it to a wardrobe for evermore!

Thanks again to you both for giving me the most beautiful, unique dress and making getting my wedding dress such a wonderful experience. I will try to pop in soon with the hubby and say hi! Lots of love xxx Emma"
